Chief Consultant & MD Engr. Victor Udora
Engr. Udora was previously the Shell International Group MRTA Manager, Sub-Sahara Africa & Corporate Maintenance Engineering & Systems Manager for Shell Companies in Nigeria. With an oil & gas career spanning 34+ years, Mr Udora led multidisciplinary teams in Nigeria, France, Gabon, Scotland, and The Netherlands. He developed technical and strategic commercial skills that led to his appointment to senior group leadership of Shell.
He currently deploys his experience and local/international networks to offer Management Consulting, Technical & Leadership Trainings and Executive Management Representative services to clients across various industries including oil & gas, power generation, manufacturing, marine services, personnel and Infrastructure development.
Mr Udora holds a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka, an MBA from the University of Benin, Nigeria and an Executive Management Program Certificate from the Wharton Business School, UPenn, USA. He also holds a Certified Lead Auditor Certificate (for Technical Quality Auditing) from Gilberts Associates Institute, London, UK.
He currently serves on the board of Alpha Mead Group as a Non- Executive Director. He is a member of the Nigeria Society of Engineers (NSE), Institute of Directors of Nigeria (IoD Nigeria) and the Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN). Mr Udora is passionate about supporting the growth and development of the energy industry, community development, and youth mentorship.

Obinna Udora is a Pennsylvania State University graduate of Mechanical Engineering with 10+ years of experience in Engineering Design Manufacturing and Business Development. He previously worked at Dresser Rand USA, a Siemens company in roles involving product design, manufacturing and quality engineering. In his capacity as a design engineer, he played a key role in the redesign and sales of centrifugal compressors retrofits - with average order sizes of USD$10million.
Obinna Udora’s career spans across the Oil/Gas value chain including oilfield services, design and manufacturing of heavy machinery, community development & sustainability planning. His internal audit and supplier quality initiatives led to improved product quality, on-time delivery and extensive reductions in project costs for both supplier & end-user.
Obinna Udora combines his technical and commercial expertise with his innovative entrepreneurial drive to bring creative, analytical contributions to the team.
He is passionate about wellness, story-telling & documentaries as well as human capital development.
